DSMA Nominations for 2021/2022 – NOW OPEN

The DSMA nomination period for the 2021/2022 Board and committee chairs is no open.  All members in good standing have been sent the nomination form that must be returned to Laura Edgcomb (lauraedgcomb@dsmahome.org), our Nominations Chair.

Forms may also be turned in at the in-person DSMA meeting on Tuesday, May 11 at DHS. The meeting will be at 7 pm.
 
Please see the DSMA Bylaws to view all of the board and committee positions listed there for anyone interested in learning more about each position.

DSMA Meeting – May 14

The next meeting of the DSMA will be on Tuesday, May 14 at 7pm in the chorus room. This meeting will recap the two indoor trips in April, and discuss the upcoming Spring concerts. 

The primary topic will be the elections next month for DSMA executive board positions, as well as members who wish to sign up to be committee heads. We have many parents who are “graduating” as their children are seniors this year, so many positions will be open for nominations or signups. 

If you are interested in a board position or being a committee chair, we strongly recommend you come to the meeting to speak with the current board about the open positions. Interested members may turn in their nomination forms to Dove Furtado, our Nominations chair, during the meeting. 

All nomination forms for executive board or committee chair positions must be turned in by May 16, 2019 for your name to be placed on the ballot.

Reminder – DSMA Elections June 13, 2017

Just a reminder to all DSMA members that the elections for the 2017-2018 officers will be held at the annual member’s meeting on June 13, 2017.

The meeting will be held at Dartmouth High School at 7pm. For more information, you can follow our Facebook page.

All DSMA members should have now received the final election ballot via email. If you have not received this information, or if you have any questions, please contact Tim Enos at timenos@dsmahome.org.
