Join us For the 2024 Golf Scramble Fundraiser MAY 5!
Our 4th annual golf scramble will be returning to gorgeous Allendale Country Club on May 5!
The DSMA Scholarship Golf Tournament benefits the scholarship fund for students in the music program. We will also be offering a buffet dinner after the event for those that want to support our students but don’t golf! We will have raffle prizes, 50/50 and more, with all proceeds going to our Scholarship Fund.
This year golfers will be able to compete for prizes in Long Drive (both men and women), Closest To The Pin, Hole In One contests, and more!

Price:
- $150/person for Dinner and Golf OR $40/person Dinner only.
- Foursomes signing up at the same time with one payment receive a discounted price of $580.

Paper copy – you can download this signup form and mail it in with your payment, or contact Sue Benoit.
Online – If you would like to sign up online, please follow this link and and submit payment after signing up.
